You can join for free Sustainable Tourism Ireland, if you are a tourism company that has already obtained certification under one of the following accredited environmental programs;

• The “EU - Flower” Eco-Label
• Green Hospitality Award (www.gha.ie)
• The Greenbox Eco-label
• Golf Environment Europe ECOManagement Award

• Any other relevant certification (please ask for details)

Note you should send an email to tourism@sustourism.ie expressing your interest to join us and also providing:

1. Evidence of your accreditation.
2. Copy of your sustainable tourism policy.

As soon as you send the above, it will take us 1 week to review your application and add your profile, including a location entry in our easy-to-browse Google map!

If your company is not certified under any of the above schemes, we recommend you to sign up for the STEP program from Sustainable Travel International, an international company for certification in sustainable tourism (which recently became our partner).

STEP is a simple self-assessment program to get you started with the principles of sustainable tourism (see details on program, prices and benefits at the following web address:
